In 2022, I had the chance to optimize some “how to choose” guides for Blinds.com. These optimized versions needed to:
- Help customers narrow the choices for window treatments based on application (such as “home office”)
- Explain the factors that affect performance so customer’s could make a confident choice
- Help the pages rank higher on Google SERP
The guides I wrote still perform well, reaching the first page of Google SERP for some long-tail keywords even years after their publication.
